I'm Sophia — a yoga teacher, sharing circle facilitator and mum of two, based in South Manchester. My practice is about coming home to yourself: body, mind and spirit.
I aim to promote yoga not just as exercise for the physical body, but as beneficial for the mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual parts of us too. Yoga brings qualities to life both on and off the mat.

I completed my 200-hour RYT training through Sun Power Yoga School in 2020, with extra modules in anatomy and physiology. Since qualifying I've taught both ad hoc and regular classes in studios across South Manchester, as well as wellbeing days, Zoom classes and corporate events.

After discovering I was pregnant with my first baby in early 2022, I embarked on my 85-hour pre- and postnatal training. I returned to teaching in April 2023 after having my daughter Clementine — starting my pregnancy class and ‘Yogi & Bear’ postnatal class (the latter with Clem in tow!) on a weekly basis.

Following my return to work after the birth of my son Asa in 2025, I trained as a sharing circle facilitator. Holding circles is something I'm deeply passionate about, having attended them myself for nearly five years. Gathering to talk freely — without judgement, shame or resolution — is increasingly rare, and I really advocate for its importance in today's society.

Trusted for wellbeing days and corporate events by brands including Sodexo, Hitachi, The Positive Birth Company and Manchester Airport Group.
She is a huge reason why I fell in love with yoga in the first place. She creates such a welcoming and calm atmosphere, which was so important to me as a beginner. Sophia is so knowledgeable and supportive — I can't praise her enough.
However you arrive, there's a place for you on the mat. I'd love to welcome you to a class or circle.
